Virtual interior design is a digital service. All design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and renderings are provided as visual guidance and planning tools. Clients are responsible for confirming all measurements, site conditions, contractor requirements, and product specifications before purchasing or installing any items.

Madi Mood Interiors does not provide architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, or engineering services. Any construction, installation, or modification work should be completed by licensed professionals.

While every effort is made to source quality products, availability, pricing, shipping timelines, and color variations may change and are outside of our control. Product substitutions may be recommended if needed.

By booking, you acknowledge that this is a virtual consultation-based service and implementation is self-managed by the client.

Standalone Service Structure

Each design package is a standalone service. Your completed design will be delivered within the timeframe outlined at booking. Once your included revisions (if applicable) are completed, the project is considered finalized.

Additional revisions or future updates can always be booked as a new service.

Clear and detailed information is essential for a successful outcome. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements, photos, inspiration, and any restrictions (such as items that must stay, stores to avoid, or functional limitations).

While I strive for precision, all final measurements, installation decisions, and contractor coordination remain the client’s responsibility.
