Virtual Interior Design & Virtual Staging FAQ

Virtual interior design is an online design service where you receive a custom mood board, product links, layout guidance, and styling direction — all delivered digitally so you can implement it on your own timeline and budget

Share as much information as possible. Don’t worry, my questionnaire will help guide the way but be prepared to send your inspo, room dimensions, budget, and photos of your space!

Clients Who:

• Want a professionally designed space

• Don’t want to spend thousands on full-service design

• Need a clear plan and direction

• Love convenience and flexibility

• Want a beautiful space in a particular budget

Most projects are delivered within 2–4 weeks depending on scope.

This qualifies as 3 spaces and 3 services.

Service prices are PER SPACE. A space is separated by function, not walls!

Because these spaces would require 3 separate images & product lists, we need to dedicate time to each individual space. We would love to help but you'll need to purchase 1 service for each!

Absolutely. You’ll share your budget in the questionnaire and products will be sourced to match.

Virtual interior design is a digital service. All design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and renderings are provided as visual guidance and planning tools. Clients are responsible for confirming all measurements, site conditions, contractor requirements, and product specifications before purchasing or installing any items.

Madi Mood Interiors does not provide architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, or engineering services. Any construction, installation, or modification work should be completed by licensed professionals.

While every effort is made to source quality products, availability, pricing, shipping timelines, and color variations may change and are outside of our control. Product substitutions may be recommended if needed.

By booking, you acknowledge that this is a virtual consultation-based service and implementation is self-managed by the client.

Standalone Service Structure

Each design package is a standalone service. Your completed design will be delivered within the timeframe outlined at booking. Once your included revisions (if applicable) are completed, the project is considered finalized.

Additional revisions or future updates can always be booked as a new service.

U.S. Clients Only

At this time, services are available to clients located within the United States due to product sourcing, availability, and shipping logistics.

Design Direction & Inspiration

My goal is to bring your inspiration to life in a refined and functional way. Your completed design will reflect the style, preferences, and inspiration you provide in your questionnaire.

If you are looking for a completely open-ended or highly collaborative design process, this virtual format may not be the right fit.

What’s Included in Your Package

Not all services include layouts and renderings. Please review your selected package carefully to understand exactly what is included before booking.

Communication & Accuracy

Clear and detailed information is essential for a successful outcome. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements, photos, inspiration, and any restrictions (such as items that must stay, stores to avoid, or functional limitations).

While I strive for precision, all final measurements, installation decisions, and contractor coordination remain the client’s responsibility.
